Mainly I am just tired all the time now. Brain always full of fog and worries while the stomach goes empty. I can go without food for a few days – my children cannot. My mind going 100 miles an hour with a trunk full of baggage. Check the engine sign is always on… As is the gas light; always running on empty. Children are screaming in the back seat, wanting my attention.
