Some Trips You Have To Take Alone

Wandering streets with no destination
I want to do it in every nation..
Finding myself in foreign places
I am tying my own laces..

Watching a whole new sky,
But it is my old cry that I defy.

Hopping cities, being hippies
Oh, is this not a way of life?

Forgetting having a phone
Feeling so good alone.

Even thought it’s time to go
This trip will never blow.
In my memory it rests,
and all my successful tests.
