I always forget how much I love popsicles until summer rolls around. The warm summer breezes and blissful family barbecues set the ideal backdrop for the season's favorite sweet.

I’d like to think that my lovely mother is somewhat of a connoisseur when it comes to frosty desserts. From mango to orange to strawberry-lemon, she enjoys them all.

But, there is one type of popsicle she has never tried.

That recipe is none other than the heavenly Blackberry Creamsicle. Fresh, sweet, and with a hint of tartness, this delicious dessert might just inspire you to plant a blackberry bush, so you can keep weekly blackberry runs to market at a minimum.
