Week 10 QB Streamers

The Revenge Game is something that all of us fantasy owners take into account when we are trying to decide on players to start on weekly basis. One of the Quarterbacks I pick this week has his REVENGE GAME in Week 10 so keep on reading to find out.

We have moved past the halfway point of the NFL Season. It has been a wild season so far, and we are excited to see what happens these next eight weeks. Last week I did not recap my Week 8 streaming choices, so to be brief I chose, Josh McCown, Tyrod Taylor and Andy Dalton, and all three were top 15 plays in Week 8. Week 9 recap once again all three of my picks were top 15 plays. CJ Beathard, Tyrod Taylor and Jared Goff all played well. With these back to back 3–0 weeks it moves my season record to 18–9 on streaming top 15 QBs. Alright on to Week 10 and the craziness that could happen.

We all know that Andrew Luck has been put on IR and is no longer going to play this year. If you were like me and drafted Luck to be your QB1 you now need to find a permanent QB starter. Jamies Winston has been “shut down” for a few weeks. Winston was drafted by many to be a QB1 so the need is now there. Matt Ryan, Derek Carr and Marcus Mariota continue to struggle, so some of the QBs I suggest to be just a Week 10 streamer could be your QB the rest of the season. There are four byes this week, the Chiefs, Raiders, Ravens and Eagles. So owners of Carson Wentz and Alex Smith will be looking for a streamer. So here are my top three QB’s streamers for Week 10.

Mitchell Trubisky — Ownership ESPN 5.1 percent, Yahoo 4 percent

The Rookie QB for the Chicago Bears has a favorable match up against the Green Bay Packers. The Packers are on a short week while the Bears are coming off a bye week. The Bears and Trubisky play much better at home as well. The Packers just surrendered 22.4 points to Matthew Stafford. Trubisky should be well prepared for this matchup and should have a nice game at home versus the Packers.

Eli Manning — Ownership ESPN 48.7 percent, Yahoo 45 percent

Manning has looked pretty bad this year; well actually the entire Giants team has just been bad. The Giants travel to San Fransisco, which will be a long trip for them but could benefit from this match up. The 49ers give up the second most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Evan Engram is a stud TE who should feast on this defense. Sterling Shepard looks healthy and that duo could have a nice game together. I expect Manning to get at least post 17 fantasy points in this game.

Josh McCown — Ownership ESPN 35.9 percent, Yahoo 35 percent

Are you ready for this news? The quarterback for the New York Jets, McCown, is a top 10 QB so far this season! Yes, that is a true statement and it really is hard to comprehend because he plays for the Jets who were not suppose to win a game this year. Ever since his rough performance against the Jaguars in Week 4, McCown is averaging 18.7 points per game the last 5 games. McCown heads to Tampa Bay in a great match up and it is a REVENGE GAME for himself. The Buccaneers give up the seventh most points to quarterbacks. I expect McCown to score right around his average the past five games of 18 to 20 points.
