I can tell you my material is out there with the 60s crowd. Lol, I enjoy life to its fullest, and I don't even drink alcohol. I don't drink because I always get depressed when I drink, and it's been over 15 years. It just does not bother me. I know I cannot stop at one bottle of beer, and I will proceed to get a case of beer and be hooked in no time.

I take no chances with my health anymore. When a man gets older, he either gets wiser or more pigheaded and stupid.

I'm cultured in the arts, and I was in a rock band for over 15 years, and I know that life very well.

I don't remember much about that lifestyle; it was a haze and seems like it never existed. It has been over 25 years. I am 58 years young now. However, I am crazy as shit, and I love life and the things God has left on this planet for me to discover.

He has kept disease away from my family and myself. We are a healthy family as I am the youngest and have grey hair, but my brother is a mad scientist.

He has flat black hair and looks like he did in high school.

My sister is attractive at 62, and she looks 34. My parents are still alive now in 2021.

This is unusual as well, but they are both healthy except dad caught Alzheimer's.

I am in a good spot. I have a good income, and I'm single, and I can go about anywhere I want. So I end up staying home and hoarding the money for later on. I don't feel 58, maybe 35 .

I am very active, and however, I need to be more active. So I watch what I eat, and I drink lots of water. That's key to a healthy body in my mind. Lots of water is a great way to make you feel good.

Well, if I don't shut up, my puppy will start howling for her dinner. This is because she likes to eat at certain times of the day.
